There is an eyelet on each side of the dropout, for the rack I think. There is a mount on the frame just above the rear tire for a fender. The front has this as well on the fork.
And yes, there are lowrider mounts on the fork.
I am no bike guru, so I hope that made sense.
By the way, can anyone tell me what the "rear fork" is called on the frame? You know, the two tubes going down to the dropouts. Or is that whole thing considered the dropout?
