fuji was around a 52-53cm Vertical Tube i think. This bike is a 55 vert tube. I am 5 ft 7in, just lowered the seat on the bianchi and it rides perfect. Both TT are 55cm for the fuji and the bianchi. Standover height of the bianchi is 31.5 inches and i think my old fuji was around a 30in standover. Hope no one yells at me for having a bike "too big."
If the TT length is comfortable you can raise or lower the saddle to deal with the seat tube and you'll be fine.
