I can't identify they year, but I have a men's model from circa 2004. It's a good bike if you're in the market for a hybrid - Giant calls it a Comfort Road Bike. As usual for Giant, it comes with some pretty good components. Yes, $60.00 is persuasive. If it fits and everything works, buy it now.
