That's a real score in a very cool old bike. As the others said, clean it up on the outside, repack all the bearings in grease, and replace all the cables and brake pads. The derailleurs (at least the shifters and the RD) are unusual. The shifters appeared made in Spain and look like a campy copy; zeus was famous for making campy copies (I guess Franco didn't respect Italian patents? . What is the name on the RD as I can't make it out from the pics. The parts are french threaded so be careful; parts are not easy to come by and expensive.
