Ya sorry about that, when I meant upgrades i was talking brakes, deraileurs (sp?), and that kind of stuff. But now that that is cleared up what would you recommend along those lines for my first up. I was thinking brakes, I'm not too heavy but I ride fast and the bikes I have been riding cannot quite get the job done sometimes. So I was thinking some juicy 7s or bb7's but I've got atleast a month to make that decision (I've read the mech/hydro thread).
A little more background info. I'm mechanically inclined and quick learner so I'll do most of the installs/tuning/maintenance for my bikes. I'm 17 and have ridden mountain bikes on/off for 8 years, but never as much as I do now. I ask lots of questions, and thanks to everyone that answers them.
