I ask lots of questions too, sometimes too many for people when in person
Anyway, I think that the stumpjumper comes wiht pretty good components but as far as the breaks go, I was going through the same dilemma. I will upgrade to BB7s, but there is no real rush for me. So I'll ride the Vs for a while and then when it feels, buy and install.
