Easton EC90SL carbon clincher?

I currently run Mavic cosmic sls (1745g) on my Cannondale evo (16.3 lbs). I want to upgrade to a full carbon clincher that does it all and is lighter. I'm looking at the Easton ec90 sl 38mm (1530g) it would put my bike at 15.6 LBS. Is it worth it to spend the money and sell my Mavics? My main concern is loosing the aero advantage of my cosmics. I weight 133 and race about 7 crits a year, I ride 3 or 4 fast group rides a week. I like climbing and my favorite ride is going up Mnt. Baldy. I also have a set of Ksyrium equipes that I hardly use. Please help.
