Skipped the trainer tonight and rode in the rain. The plan was hill repeats, but had to ditch that since the hill repeat his has a section that has been shaved...It's ok going up, but dicey going down. My wife actually double flatted coming down and after getting the wheels fixed up she headed to the other hill in town. Myself I just did loops climbing the multiple escarpment accesses we have.
ended up with 37.5km and 415m of climbing...Add in the rain, wind and cool temps and it was a good HTFU session...
