I haven't ridden it so this opinion is completely uninformed:
Cotton-on-rubber struck me as a bad material combination when I first read about this. Not "breathable", high friction, subject to abrasion. If I want a synthetic saddle, for starters it will have a leather cover, or at least one of those faux-leather lorica materials.
But I have a Team Pro on my CAAD9.
