Fun and fitness is where I started as well. Now both are defined differently than they were then. As fitness improves so should your fitness goals imho. Fun now includes pushing my body to see how far or fast I can go. That said the easy 3-8 mile rides with my 7yo are still fun. Welcome to Bike Forums, hope you enjoy the company.
