Hello and Apologies from NYC

Just rode bike for the first time in ~10 years. I used one of those Citi bikes that are all over Manhattan. I liked it (well, not the bike...that was bulky and unwieldy). I liked the riding. So I went and bought myself a bike. There's a LBS near my apartment and picked up a casual riding bike...a KHS Brentwood. Pretty good so far

And an apology to the riders out there. I would often go walking/jogging along the Hudson greenway. There's a bike/rollerblading path and a pedestrian path. Not always, but plenty of times I would just walk along the bike path instead of the pedestrian one . And now I apologize for that. While I like to think I was considerate and stayed to the side, after just one ride, I see that this was probably still annoying to bikers. I have learned the error of my ways.
