Just be aware that at rush hour in traffic a lot of drivers just want to get home. Cyclists riding side by side and making passing difficult is just aggravating their already aggravated state. Ride safe and single file in heavy traffic.
Its getting very testy in the Chicago area. Lots of cyclists out on the road in the summer months. I hear a lot of negative remarks from my noncycling friends about how they dislike cyclists, particularly the euro- kitted type.
