^ Similar. 171 plus or minus 2, as I have been for the past 15 years. Prior to that I lifted heavier weights and had about 12 lbs more of upper body muscle, which I discovered I didn't need. ~170 is where my body likes to be naturally.
I find that winter activity levels are different, so my eating habits must change accordingly. I try to limit carbohydrates, consume no alcohol or sweets, and drink lots of water during the winter. That helps...
