Wait a sec not sure what specs your looking at but the kilo tt for 399 uses a lot of no name junk....
Alloy crankset...
Alloy dual pivot brakes...
Spokes....stainless
Wheelset...deep sectioned...
Whoa...not exactly killer components from my view.
The $399 Kilo TT with chrome ends has a Truvativ crankset, Kenda tires and the one my friend got came with two Tektro Brakes.
