Any Aero type road lever would work. FYI,
Older, cable out the top brake levers are a bit more cable pull than aero levers, & brifters
but a lot less than V brake type road levers..
the cable line in some bars like WTB widely angled dirt drop bars, may be better
than forcing it around under the tape..
