Thanks guys for putting up with me, as I am a simple commuter,
My mileage to this day of June 28th is 1480 miles and I am no pro.

I read books and posts here (most of them are bs drama queen crap),
but I have learned so much.
Thanks to all, as I improved my cadence from 90-100 and my knees feel better.

Sorry if my posts are not clear, but I am an in awe of the top cyclists and hope to learn from them.

Is my hero..
Old school like my Peugeot PX-10.

My commuting speed is approx 16-18mph, this is in the Dakotas' through snow, rain, wind(15-40mph gusts) cold (minus 20) hot (plus 100 with humidity)..slow yeah but...lol

Set my alarm to watch the opening of TDF, Most people I know think of cycling as not a real sport, a bunch of kids riding their bikes...whatever
No comment here, kind of like explaining advanced physics to a child....

Sorry for the rant, Just got home from a 60 mile ride and need sleep..
