I just bought a used Fuji Finest for my daughter from another forum member. It's a 44cm frame. Yes, it is ever-so-slightly too big for her, but I give her another two months and it'll be great. BTW, while she's 14, she's about the height of an 8 y/o. I opted for the 44 because it gives her significantly more bike to grow with her.
