What "gasket"? Are you talking about the rim strip? You don't need it one those wheels as there are no spoke holes. If you're going to use tubes i'd recommend a short strip of Velox or even electrical tape over the valve hole to protect the tube.
You can do this if you like, however, I had a tubeless Shimano wheel set, similar to these. I used them with tubes and no rim strip for over two years with no problems.
