now you tried something that does not work, for you.. Used , Might be missing parts , IDK.
so next seat post you choose, same diameter is all you need to match, basically.
get one with a different method of mounting, and return that one to the seller.
If it were from a Bike shop they will Help You , Bought online, instead?,
IDK what their return policy is..
