You're covered if you're already getting those levers. Which will be much more comfortable than the Shimano 600 levers of the early-mid 1980s.

The new brakes should mount the same as the old ones. Bikes that came with that level of componentry typically had frames that used allen bolts to mount the brakes (which are the same as modern brakes, like the Dura-Ace 9000, use). I have a Centurion Comp TA from 1984 that came with those same Shimano 600 brakes that you have. So in all likelihood, no frame modification will be necessary.

Cheaper 1980s frames (and most frames from 1970s and prior) used longer bolts from the caliper brakes, that tightened down with a nut, whereas recessed allen-bolt fastenings require a larger hole in the frame.
