My Guess , Since I don't ever see those ..
are both ends threaded? a flat bladed spoke can be threaded in using the flat blade
then you can hold the blade while you tension the nipple on the end where the rim is..
Most spokes are sold in boxes of 50 or 100 ct, if anyone has them as each, they will charge you a Lot more .
