Yesterdays club ride hurt quite a bit but I felt pretty strong the whole time. Thankfully the rest of the group was really struggling so it allowed me to rest a bit. A couple new power
PR's for 2 and 3min.
I was 6'0" @ 135lbs in the spring.
Currently at 146lbs though. Adding a bit of bulk to look a little better for the ladies. And so I don't look like death.
