Angle aside, I think your seat may be close. My bike is 59cm c-t and I have a decent amount of post. If I'm not mistaken, this bike has a 53cm seat tube. I would expect a mile of seatpost. My consern is the bar placement. I'm wondering if too much bar drop is preventing you for getting enough extension.
like I said, I am a touch taller than you, but here is my fit on a bike that is larger than yours but still sized down slightly. I wasted to try a shorter wheelbase and wanted room for more drop.
