Avid Juicy 5's - Going crazy under hard braking!

I've recently got myself a set of avid juicy fives. I've done loads of braking now, to bed them in, but i'm still having a big problem with them

When i brake hard (front brake), instead of a smooth braking, i get a very choppy braking which bends my fork (rock shox judy) all over the place... I swear when it first did it i thought the fork was about to snap, it was so bad. Its like the wavy/polygon rotors dont give an even amount of friction, and as the disc turns through the pads, braking forces wildly fluctuates. It makes a loud machine gun banging sound, and imagine it's giving my suspension bushings hell.

Anyone know why this might be? I've emailed sram, but no reply yet...
