I have a 2013 Madone 4.5 and my rear wheel has been the only issue after 1,700 miles since I bought it last April.
Ride that bike and ride it hard! My only suggestion is that if you start getting a lot of flats switch out to hard case tires like the Bontrager AW1. It has been worth the peace of mind for me.
The carbon frame is a non issue.
I am 6' and 280lbs and I love my madone!
