I paid $325 for my 1999 CAAD3 R1000D. Full Ultegra 9 speed and Mavic CXP 23 rims. I buy'n'sell road bikes all the time and if I were to post mine for sale I would be asking $750 with the expectation of getting $500 within a week and 600 to 700 withing a month.
Set that bike up correctly (drop the stem a little lower and raise the seat slightly) and take better pictures of the money side of that bike.
You want a quick sale so you're at a disadvantage, but in situations like this, it isn't a matter of finding the right price. It is a matter of finding the right buyer (i.e. no one here)....
Trust me I know. I feed my cycling habit this way...
