Last year I was looking for the same thing and bought a jersey from Castelli, though I can't remember the specific model name. It may have been last year's version of their Velocissimo jersey (
http://castelli-cycling.com/en/products/detail/770/), though it differs slightly in appearance from this year's model (the black stripe on the sleeve on mine is only about 3/4" wide, and the collar on mine is white). It is definitely race-cut (nice and snug). Note that Castelli's "acid green" differs from the standard hi-viz yellow-green a little bit; it has slightly more green in it. I still consider it to be a highly visible--I just wanted to point out that it differs ever so slightly from the color you see police and rescue workers wearing.
