I am in the habit of a daily check in. It may go up a little or down, which could be because of various issues- water retention, digestion, eating late, etc. As someone else mentioned, it keeps me aware of where I am trending. That way if I find that it has trended higher for a few days, I monitor my eating a little more closely.
