What shoes for these pedals?

Hi guys. I've been riding platform pedals up until now, but just picked up a new-to-me roadbike that has these type of Time Atac clipless pedals:

I don't have the cleats that would have come with the pedal. Which shoe can I buy that will fit into these, and do I need to purchase separate cleats? A bit about my riding style; I'm a casual rider (15-60 miles at a time) and would prefer something recessed so I can walk around a bit if needed. Thanks in advance!

Bonus question: Can I adjust the tension on these to make it easier to clip in/out?
