yes, but it's ready built. Not DIY kit of lugs and tubing.
I ordered a Paduano racing Gladio. It is avaible in several versions. Mine is with carbon seat tube, down tube, top tube and full carbon fork (carbon steerer).
All lugs are made out of Titanium, so is the chainstays and chopsticks. You can use standard carbon tubes, or with inlays/stripes of PBO fiber (more elastic) or Boron fiber (stiffer).
I have ordered min with PBO in seat tube and Boron in down tube and top tube. For best possible comfort (rear triangle) but with best possible reactiveness in the front triangle. There is also a special headset you can order, which is made for Paduano.
The bike is customized for my length and style. Also, not to need any spacers.
