My intent with exercise is to not eat what I burn. That said; Now that I am within the red zone of weight lose (20ish pounds from goal) that does not always happen. I plan for a 1850 cal day (goal of 185 x 10/lb = 1850). If I eat less than 1850 exercise or not--- GREAT; if I eat 1850 and no exercise --- fine; if I eat 1850 and add 1000 from exercise and eat 1900 --- ok; if I eat more than the total of 1850 + exercise --- I am not happy! Although I work with the motto "It is what it is and It ain't what it ain't" in other words what happens, happened and I am not beating myself up over it!

I should say that in August of 2009 I weighed 290 today I weigh 208; have been as low as 181 (did not like how I looked ---looked like my Father as his cancer was eating him up!) My goal is to get it back to 185-195 and maintain that.
