ISO is as dead as a doornail in the industry. They are shipping brakes with ISO adapters, but that surely will come to an end fairly soon. There is a fairly limited number of post mount for framebuilders though, that is one disconnect.
UMAN; I was noodling around and found the rear Post mount braze-ons bit at Paragon Machine Works ... URL is on the suppliers thread.

The steel ones are hidden on the second page...(they most have only their Ti stuff up front to see). Note that the bits seem a bit spendy to my eye, but available none the less. Also has a decent set of vertical rear drops with 2 eyelets cast in....
