I'm an idiot! I wasn't paying attention on ride home today. Dropped my wheel off the path and went down hard.
I was moving pretty quick. No speedometer so don't know how fast. rash on shoulder and knee. Jammed my wrist very hard.don't think it is broken but very badly sprained. Bike got a front flat and a few scrapes. Its a trek 1500 slr. Thank God the STI snifters only got scuffed. They are pricey. Lesson learned. Pay attention and don't go off the pavement on the road bike.
