Hi all,
I'm a 43yr old Stroke Survivor
I've ridden & built road bikes, Chosen to commute on MTB'S, found the style to suit cycle tracks better, esp puncture prevention. Never had a puncture riding on a commute via cycle tracks. Currently I have a static bike only. No confidence in my balance
