I had the same problem. You are about 2 inches taller than I am and I would think the larger model would be perfect. I'm 6 and 32 inseam and the 20 fit pretty good. The XL model was way too big. Although at first I thought the 20 would be a little too small (just a little) but I've grown to love it. If I need to stretch out more in the future I can just buy a little longer stem (if you slam the stem it will move it forward too) and then maybe move the seat back, some handlebars without much of a bend. There's a lot of things you can do to adjust the fit. If the XL feels too long you could put a shorter stem on etc etc. I found the XL too big and the standover was not comfortable. Go back and take them both for a spin again. You're going to be the ultimate judge.
