Does it get much harder to pump when the pressure nears 100 or so psi? I have an old Blackburn tyre pump and I have to try real hard to pump my 700c x 28 tyres up to 100 psi. It's fairly easy up to around 80, but after that, it requires a lot of power. Is it normal?
