I don't have that rack, but had a similar problem on my bike and solved it by slightly bending the very bottom legs. The only photo I have that somewhat shows this I will attach. By bending the leg it slightly lowers the rack along with moving it back. not sure how your rack will bend mine was aluminum rod and bent fairly easy with the help of some tools. The rack is black the silver rods are something else.
