Joking aside, even though your bedroom may be large, that particular placement in your pic in the OP does not look particularly unobtrusive. Can you find a way to have those lovely bikes stored in more of a display mode? (

My (family's) bikes live in the garage,
in a rack I made. I still have not yet installed two ceiling mounts in the garage, the kind of thing with cord&pulleys, operates like a venetian blind mechanism to get it up/down. Maybe you could find some way like that to either store the bikes in your room in a more attractive way, or store them in the garage up and away from what children might do to them.
