Well, I guess I no longer qualify as a Clyde. I'm now 195 pounds. I used to weigh 375 pounds. I am 6'6" tall. I'm starting to look downright emaciated!
All with hardly a few dozen miles on the bike for the year. I hurt my back and so can neither run nor bike with any comfort more than a short distance.
