I can't really tell where the dings are from those pictures - I'm reading this on an iPhone. - but noticeable dents in the frame tubes really kill the value of a bike. If you can see the dent from 10 feet, take off $100 or more. If the dents are really unsightly, then the bike becomes a collection of parts on a worthless frame. Not worthless like it can't be ridden, but worthless like the cost to repair and repaint exceeds the value of the repaired frame.
