Pretty basic model. Worth around 100$ ready to ride (cleaned up) and probably half that as is.

The more valuable Ross Mountain bikes tend to be the earlier chromed models with the Bullhorn bars; the best of those is probably the Mount Whitney; just under that was the Mount Hood. Those top out at around 300$. The model is the Mount Whatever it says on the top tube; I can't make it out.

Ross bikes take a bit of a penalty in the market due to their name; the name actually tend to subtract value.
