MIYATA 1000, 610 or Univega Gran Turismo, can anyone identify this frame?

I've had this touring road bike frameset, from a thrift shop find, hanging for years and could never figure out what it is as it was previously repainted.

I own a Miyata 610 and it is similar, except it has rack bosses on the fork mid-level, which my 610 does not. Also, the BB shell has guide bosses on the bottom, lacking on the 610. The rear rack bosses are also different from the 610.

A previous owner sawed off the rear brake cable guide stop and thought of having it repaired. Also, the fork steerer has a crack / split from most likely an over-tightened stem. It appears the paint was a champagne color previously.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
