You don't have to leave it as it came out of the box. .. dealer will help your bike fit as suits you .
you may even fit an Adjustable angle stem , some are easy to change the angle, as your mood suits.
and there is also the Trekking handlebar , that have a near and a far handle grip,
as well as the one on the sides.
