I wish they'd produce these in a standard 26 inch bike, so I can prod my way through rock gardens easier than on my 2.1 inch tired bike. 29ers are a little too "big handling" for my tastes. I think things are starting to come full circle in the sense that those who have been there and done that are a little wary of $$$ suspension rebuilds on a recurring basis.
That said, that Moots is a pure time capsule.
Rims on Pugsleys are 559mm, just like 26" MTB rims. If you want super fat tires with a similar total circumference to your 26x2.1" you'd probably have to go with 3.8" tires on 24" (507mm) rims, or something like that
