Scattante is Performance Bike's house brand. If there is a Performance shop anywhere near you they should be able to answer all of your questions.

AnkleWork's reply wasn't very helpful but does indicate you asked a lot of questions that can't be answered without a lot more basic information.

Your bottom bracket shell is almost certainly English threaded and will require a bottom bracket compatible in both length and configuration with the crank. Check with FSA or Performance as to what you need.

Headset type (threaded or threadless, press-in cups or integrated ) and size (1" or 1-1/8") will also depend on the frame and fork type. Again, the shop can tell you.

The front derailleur's mounting clamp will depend on the seat tube diameter. they come in three common sizes; 28.6 mm (1-1/8"), 31.8 mm (1-1/4") and 34.9 mm (1-3/8"). Measure your seat tube to find out.

Finally, used components, particularly STI brifters, are always a gamble. At the very least plan on getting a new cassette and chain and don't reuse the old cables or housing.
