Seems Giro has no problem with selling replacement Roc Loc assemblies for their old helmets for $10 over the phone. Apparently they agree there is no liability problem replacing broken plastic parts on otherwise good condition product just because it's over 3 years old.

Nice that you head is not worth another $20 or $30 for a new helmet. Mine certainly is.
