Those are nice bikes at fair prices. I would hesitate to settle on "full size" as the only option, though. Most folding bikes are regular size, just with smaller wheels. If these two bikes will fit in the spots you want to put them, then go for it. But if you'd like a nice bike in a smaller folded package, the Dahons and others with 20-inch wheels are also good options.
