Converting Giant Defy from Tiagra to Sram Force - Need Crankset Help

I've been slowly converting my 2011 giant Defy 2 from Tiagra to Sram Force. Before anyone asks, I love the frame and got an great deal on the bike ($500 for full bike). I don't hate Tiagra, but I do love the Sram as well as wanted to go from 9 speed triple to 10 speed double. Lastly I plan on pulling everything from this bike to update my round town/cross bike with all of the tiagra equip.

I've already upgraded to Force brifters, rear derailleur, cassette and brakes. Now I'm about to purchase the carbon fiber force crankset and don't have a clue on what I'll need in order to convert it. Do I need a new bottom bracket? Do I need new barrings? What type do I need?

Here's my bike: http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/....2/7307/44048/
Here's the crankset I'm looking at buying:

Any help would be appreciated - and I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question. I haven't played with cranks since I was a kid playing with my BMX. (that sounds funny as I re-read the last statement)
