I picked up a virtual clone of the OP's bike last night, 59cm. It also looks quite similar to
this one -e.g. internally routed rear deraiileur cable - although with Vicini pantographing.
Looking at the bottom bracket, mine only has "59" stamped NDS, and the circled MB on the drive side. No serial numbers that I could find, but it was dark. Is that "MB" a manufacturer mark? I understand that Vicini made (makes?) their own frames, so maybe that MB is a date stamp (probably a 1983 production based on date on the cranks), but it seems less likely.
