Well, I did a 36 mile ride with the bike club a couple weeks ago. My neck hurt for a week. So, I decided to put on some handlebars that were sitting around. I'm 6' 240, so I was always a little cramped with the drop down.
I took the old bars off intact in case I wanted to switch back. But after I tested it on the BaltimoreBikeParty last week ain't no way I'm switching back.
